Permanent Orienteering Courses
There are a number of permanent courses throughout North Wales, ranging from those designed for use with schools to those designed for the more experienced orienteer.
Beddgelert Forest

Llyn Elsi

Nantgwrtheyrn
| Car Park: | Follow signs for Nantgwrtheyrn from Llithfaen village down steep hill |
| Directions: | SH350448 Turn off the A499 onto the B4417 at Llanalhaearn. On reaching Llithfaen turn right for Nantgwrtheyrn |

Newborough Forest

Padarn Country Park
| Car Park: | Follow signs for Country Park from Llanberis village |
| Directions: | SH586604. Take the A4086 to Llanberis, follow the bypass around the village centre, take the left turning after the Electric Mountain visitor centre and follow signs for the country park |
